You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details and for keeping your credentials secure. Organization workspaces are provisioned by the operator; there is no self-service organization creation.

You may not use the service to conduct unlawful research, collect data without a lawful basis, or send unsolicited communications. You are responsible for the lawfulness of the surveys you create and the data you collect.

You remain the controller of the survey content and respondent data you collect. The operator processes it on your behalf as described in the Data Security & Privacy page.
